2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the trout inside and out and pat dry. Slice lime into wedges or slices and add half of the lime with a few sprigs of parsley to the trout cavity. Chop the remaining parsley finely. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Mix parsley with salt and pepper to taste and add the olive oil. Coat the fish with herb oil. Place trout on the preheated grill over medium heat and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes. Grill the remaining lime wedges. Rinse the chile pepper, wipe dry, cut into rings and arrange on the grilled trout. Serve trout with the grilled lime wedges.
