Preparation steps

1.

Soften the gelatin in cold water. Rinse and slice the strawberries.

Whip the cream. Beat the egg yolks and egg with the sugar until foamy. Heat 3 tablespoons of mascarpone in a small saucepan and dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir the mascarpone and gelatin into the egg mixture. Fold in the cream.

3.

Break the ladyfingers into small pieces and distribute in 4 glasses. Alternately layer the mascarpone cream and strawberry slices on top. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with strawberry slices. Serve cold.
