60 grams sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
500 grams Mascarpone
200 milliliters Orange juice
4 Tbsps Strawberry limes
30 Ladyfinger

Preparation steps

Rinse and slice half of the strawberries. Puree the remaining strawberries with the lemon juice. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix the mascarpone and strawberry puree. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream. Mix the orange juice and lime liqueur. Briefly immerse the ladyfingers in the liqueur and spread half on the bottom of a baking dish. Spread half of the cream on top and smooth. Sprinkle with the sliced strawberries. Top with a second layer of soaked ladyfingers and cover with the remaining cream.

Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
