- 1 l water
- 4 lemons (juiced)
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 pkgs Rose hip tea
- 500 grams Strawberries (thinly sliced)
- 500 grams Strawberries (for garnish and for the punch)
- 1 l Ginger ale (or sparkling wine)
- Ice cubes (as needed)

Preparation steps
1.
Bring the water to a boil with the lemon juice and sugar. Add the tea bags and the strawberry slices and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve and leave to cool before refrigerating.

Rinse , trim and quarter the strawberries.
Place some strawberry pieces in a punch glass and pour in some of the strawberry infusion. Top with ginger ale (or sparkling wine) and serve with ice if desired.
