The carbonic acid from the mineral water and the non-alcoholic sparkling wine makes the punch fresh and tangy. 1 honeydew melon
1 lemon
50 grams sugar
750 milliliters dry white wine
750 milliliters Sparkling wine
750 milliliters mineral water
1 mint

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the strawberries. Cut the melon into quarters, remove the seeds, peel and dice. Squeeze the lemon.

Mix the fruit, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Pour the wine, sparkling wine and mineral water into the bowl. Chill for another 2-3 hours.

4.

Rinse the mint and shake dry. Pour the punch into a glass carafe. Serve garnished with mint.
