- 2 centiliters Campari
- 350 milliliters chilled, dry Sparkling wine
- 350 milliliters iced Ginger ale
- 1 Star fruit (for garnish)
- Cocktail skewer

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the strawberries. Place in a bowl, and drizzle with the Cointreau and the Campari. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Divide the strawberry mixture into glasses. Fill the glasses with equal parts sparkling wine and ginger ale. Place 1 star fruit on a small cocktail skewer. Garnish the glasses with the skewers, and serve.
