- ½ Watermelon
- 2 Tbsps Rum
- 5 Tbsps Cognac
- 2 bottles cold Prosecco

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the melons, remove the seeds and use a melon baller to form balls. Place the fruit in a punch bowl. Add the rum, cognac and 1 teaspoon of sugar, if desired. Sprinkle with half of the prosecco.
2.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Fill with the remaining prosecco and serve.
