- 1 kilogram ripe Strawberries (rinsed, trimmed and sliced)
- 1 kilogram jam sugar
- juice of lemons
Preparation steps
1.
Pour the prepared strawberries together with the jam sugar in a pot, and stir for about 2 hours. Puree strawberries briefly with a hand blender.
2.
Add lemon juice and stir for about 5 minutes. Boil and skim off the foam.
3.
Fill the jam in hot rinsed jars.
4.
Leave for about 15 minutes. Then put covers on and let cool.
