- 1 kilogram ripe Strawberries (cleaned, trimmed and sliced)
- 1 kilogram jam sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the prepared strawberries together with the jam sugar in a pot and mix for about 2 hours. Add lemon juice, then mix strawberries briefly with a hand blender.

Stir for about 5 minutes. Boil and skim off the foam.
3.
Fill the jam in warm rinsed jars.
4.
Leave uncovered for about 15 minutes. Place on cover and leave to cool.
