1 kilogram ripe Strawberries
1 lemon (squeezed)
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
2 centiliters Strawberry liqueur
Citric acid (as needed)

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the strawberries, coarsely chop, and puree. Pass through a fine strainer, and add to a pot with the lemon juice and jam sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring often, and cook for 4 minutes. If the jam doesn't begin to gel, add some citric acid and bring to a boil briefly.

Mix in the liqueur and fill the prepared jars to the bring with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely.
