Rinse and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Place the strawberries in a large pot. Add the orange juice. Puree finely and stir in the sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and let cook for about 4 minutes over high heat. Stir in the orange zest and limoncello. Pour into prepared jars.
Tightly close the jars and leave to cool. Serve at will.
