Ingredients
1 kilogram
ripe Strawberries (rinsed and trimmed)
1 kilogram
Jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
3 tablespoons

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the prepared strawberries with the jam sugar in a pot, stir to combine, and set aside to marinate for 2 hours.

3.

Fill the jam into 4 sterilized 500 ml (approximately 17 ounce) jars with twist off lids.

4.

Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 15 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
