Kitchen utensils

1 Small pot, 1 Springform pan, 2 Bowls, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Parchment paper

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and halve the apricots and remove the pits. Slice if you wish and put into a buttered baking dish. Grate the lemon peel, squeeze the lemon and mix both peel and juice with the orange liqueur and honey. Sprinkle over the apricots and let stand. Roughly chop the almonds and walnuts and scatter over the apricots.
2.
Mix the flour, cinnamon and brown sugar and quickly rub in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Scatter over the apricots. Bake in a preheated oven (175°C/350°F) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Take out of the oven and serve with whipped cream.
