2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsp sweet and sour Chili sauce
2 Tbsps soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chilies and cut into rings. Drain the mushrooms and cut into chunks.

Rinse the beans, cut in half and cook in boiling salted water until al dente, for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.

While the beans cook, peel the garlic and press through a garlic press. Rinse the pork under cold water, pat dry, and chop. Heat oil in a pan. Cook the pork in the oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, chilies, green bean, and garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with the lime juice, chilli sauce, and soy sauce. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, adding more water if needed. Serve warm in bowls.
