- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 12 Chicken drumstick
- ⅔ cup white wine
- 2 small onions (chopped)
- ½ cup tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tbsps tomato puree
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Cognac
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sunflower oil in a cooking pot. Gently fry the drumsticks. When they are nicely browned, season with salt and pepper, pour in the white wine and a glass of water and lower the heat. Cover and cook for 1 hour.

In a bowl, combine the onions, ketchup, tomato concentrate and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Dilute the curry powder in the cognac. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce and mix well. Add to the bowl Cover in clingfilm and chill in the fridge.
4.
When the chicken is cooked, place it in a dish. Pour the cooking juices over the top of it and serve with the barbecue sauce.
