Mix the honey with the paprika, the oregano, a pinch of curry powder, a pinch of cayenne pepper, the lemon juice and the oil, and brush the mixture over the chicken drumsticks. Leave to marinate for around 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
Lay the chicken drumsticks on the baking tray, season with salt and bake in the oven for around 30 minutes.
Rinse the rice in a sieve and drain well. To around 400 ml of water add a pinch of salt, the turmeric, cloves and raisins, and bring to the boil. Add the rice, cover and cook over a moderate heat for around 20 minutes.
Arrange the rice and drumsticks on plates and serve.
