Mix together the tomato purée, oil, honey, vinegar and garlic and season with salt, ground black pepper and paprika. Add the drumsticks, cover and marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking tray and roast in the oven for 25 minutes, brushing occasionally with the marinade. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
