100 grams Long grain rice
2 Steak (approximately 200 grams or 7 ounces)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 Tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 can Kidney beans
1 tsp Vinegar
200 grams French fries (frozen)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil 1 part rice to 2 parts salted water. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes. 

2.

Bake french fries according to package instructions.

3.

Heat up beans and season with salt, pepper and vinegar.

4.

Heat oil in a pan. Season beef with salt and pepper and cook in oil on both sides, as desired. 

5.

Heat butter in a pan and cook eggs, as desired.

6.

Plate rice, beef and eggs. Serve with beans.
