- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche (30%)
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek

Preparation steps

Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche. Peel the garlic, and pass through a press into the sour cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a bowl.
2.
Place the sambal oelek in the middle of the sour cream mixture. Pull the wooden skewer through the sambal to create a decorative heart.
