250 grams Spaghetti
3 Tomatoes (ripe)
1 chili pepper (red)
1 onion (purple)
1 garlic clove (to taste)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 can Tuna (in water)
50 milliliters Vegetable broth (or white wine)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into cubes. Rinse and dry chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into rings.

Peel and dice onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and chile pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. 

3.

Drain tuna, separate with a fork and add to tomato sauce. Drain pasta and place into 2 bowls. Ladle suace over pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
