Spicy Fruit Salad
Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Remove the core from the melon, peel and also cut into pieces. Rinse and halve the nectarines and plums and remove the pits. Cut the nectarines into slices. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Peel the oranges and separate the segments.
Mix all the fruit together in a bowl.
For the marinade, combine the lemon juice, honey and salt.
Rinse the chile pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into very fine strips. Mix with the marinade.
Pour over the fruit and leave to marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
