- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Oranges
- 2 ⅔ cups green Grape (seedless)
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger (freshly grated)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Ghee
- 1 chili pepper (very finely chopped)
- 1 generous pinch Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut (finely ground)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core and cut the flesh into cubes.

Peel the oranges, removing all the white pith and membrane, then halve and slice.
3.
Wash and dry the grapes. Mix the fruit and divide between four bowls.
4.
Heat the honey in a pan with the ghee, ginger, chilli, curry powder and coconut. Trickle over the salad and serve.
