Red chiles

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chile peppers and remove the ribs and depending on the desired heat.

2.

Cut a small piece into small rings, set aside for garnish and chop the rest. Peel and chop the garlic. Puree garlic and chile pepper with yogurt into a very fine puree.

3.

Gradually add the cream cheese and enough milk to obtain a creamy consistency. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and lime juice.

4.

Serve in a small bowl and garnish with the chile rings.
