Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small pot, 1 Ice cream machine
Preparation steps
1.
In a medium-sized bowl mix the teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and the salt. Place the beef into the bowl and stir to combine. Marinate in the refrigerator while you are making the dipping sauce or for at least 30 minutes.
2.
Prepare the sauce by placing the milk, chili flakes, caraway, ginger, coriander, garlic and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
3.
Stir the peanut butter into the milk and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes or so.
4.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
5.
Remove the beef from the refrigerator and skewer the meat, grill for about 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Serve, with the dipping sauce on the side and lime wedges, if desired.
