2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemons
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
¼ cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped; plus extra for garnish)
24 ozs turkey breasts
olive oil (for grill grate)

Preparation steps

Mix honey, garlic, oil and lemon juice in a bowl; season with salt, pepper and finely chopped cilantro..

Rinse the turkey under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels and cut into bite-side pieces. Add the turkey to the honey mixture and stir to thoroughly coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Prepare grill, preheat to medium-high heat. Rub the grill grate with oil.
4.
Thread the turkey onto wooden skewers and grill, turning and basting as they cook, until turkey is cooked through and juices run clear, about 6 to 7 minutes per side. Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
