- 600 grams turkey breasts (ready to cook, skinless)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 12 sprigs rosemary

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven broiler.

Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Mix turkey in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles from branches. Place turkey on skewers and sprinkle with rosemary. Cook under the oven broiler, watching carefully, until golden brown. Serve immediately on plates.
