Preparation steps
1.
Rub the fish fillets with salt and drizzle lemon juice over the top. Place the fish in a baking dish, greased with ghee.
2.
For the marinade, mix all ingredients for the marinade together with 1 - 2 tablespoons water. Pour over the fish and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Turn the fish from time to time.
3.
Now put the fish in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (160° fan) | 350F | gas 4 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Add a little water if needed. Before serving, place the fish under a pre-heated broiler for a few minutes to brown (according to taste).
4.
Divide between 4 bowls and place a fish fillet in the center of each bowl. Wash the chili, cut into rings and de-seed. Scatter a few chili and spring onion rings over the fish and sprinkle some lime zest over the top. Serve hot.
