- 1 tsp Canola oil About 3 grams)
- 2 Tbsps Popcorn kernel (about 30 grams)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pc Melon (such as Charentais or canteloupe; about 100 grams)
- 10 Raspberries (about 25 grams)
- 3 sheets mint
- 75 milliliters Pear juice (or apple juice, well chilled)
- 150 milliliters sparkling mineral water (well chilled)

- 3 Ice cubes

Preparation steps
Heat canola oil in a pot with popcorn and cook, covered, until kernels have popped, shaking frequently.
Put popcorn in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix.
Remove seeds from melon piece and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
Thread raspberries and the diced melon alternately on a wooden skewer.
Rinse mint leaves and shake dry. Wrap ice cubes in a clean kitchen towel and crush with a meat mallet.
Put ice chips and mint in a large glass. Pour in pear juice and mineral water. Stir well and serve with fruit skewer and popcorn.
