Peel the mango and kiwi, core the mango and finely dice both. Peel the pineapple and melon, remove the seeds and also dice. Rinse, trim and finely chop the strawberries.
Peel the banana, mash and pass through a sieve.
Mix fruits in a bowl with the juices and chill at least 1 hour.
Divide punch among glasses and top off with bottled water. Garnish with mint and serve.
If desired, substitute the mineral water with sparkling wine.
