- 2 Limes
- 2 Tbsps honey
- Crushed ice
- 7 ozs Tonic water
- mint
Preparation steps

Peel the grapefruits and limes, fillet and squeeze the juice from the fruit sections and the membranes.

Mix the juice with the honey, then pour over the pulp in a glass half-filled with crushed ice. Fill with tonic water. Serve garnished with mint.
