Preparation steps

Peel the oranges and bananas and cut into pieces. Set some banana slices aside for garnish. Rinse the plums, remove the pits, then add to the blender.

Rinse the lettuce, wipe dry, and add to the blender. Add the honey to the blender, then puree everything completely. Add up to 5 ounces of cold water, until the desired consistency has been reached.

Pour the smoothie into glasses. Place the banana slices on skewers, place on the glasses, and serve.
