- 8 Kiwi (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 3 ½ cups Coconut milk
- 4 Ice
- 2 sprigs mint (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 4 slices Kiwi (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the chopped kiwi fruit in a blender with the coconut milk, ice cubes, chopped mint and honey.
2.
Blend until smooth then pour into chilled glasses and serve garnished with the kiwi fruit slices.
