Preparation steps

1.

Toast bread in a hot oven (220°C) (approximately 425°F). Place cheese and fish pieces on top, put it back into the oven and let the cheese melt.

Mix vinegar with about 1 liter )approximately 4 cups) of water in a saucepan. Add cracked eggs individually and slide into the simmering water. Poach for 3 - 4 minutes. Lift out with slotted spoon and place on the bread.
