Heat the grill function in the oven and toast the rolls lightly.
Heat the cream in a pan and melt both cheeses in the cream. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until translucent. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, fry the meat in the remaining oil for around 2 minutes, turning.
Mix the meat and onions with the cheesy cream sauce. Season to taste with a few dashes of Tabasco and fill the rolls with the mixture.
