- 18 ozs fresh, egg Tagliatelle
- ⅜ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fleur de sel
- ½ bunch Basil (chopped)
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
2.
Once cooked, drain not too thoroughly and tip back into the pan with the oil and basil and warm through.
3.
Serve sprinkled with the sea salt and pepper.
