- 500 grams shrimp (ready to cook deveined and peeled)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- cayenne pepper
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 500 grams Tofu
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (for example thyme, rosemary, parsley)
- 4 Tbsps light soy sauce
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Wash the shrimp, pat dry and place in a shallow bowl. Mix the lime juice with the honey, curry, cayenne pepper and half of the oil and toss with the shrimp. Cover the bowl and let marinade for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cube the tofu. Mix with the remaining oil, fresh herbs and soy sauce and let marinade for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
3.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C upper and lower heat.
4.
Spread the shrimp and tofu on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for 8-10 minutes.
5.
If desired, serve on wooden skewers in bowls.
