1 Zucchini
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
salt

4 Skewers (soaked in water)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini and plane into thin strips.

2.

Crush the garlic and mix with the lemon juice, oil and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the shrimp and the zucchini and leave to marinate briefly.

Thread the shrimp and zucchini alternately onto skewers.

3.

Cook on a hot grill for about 3 minutes.

Serve hot.
