1 tablespoon runny honey
4 tablespoons rapeseed oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Chili powder
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
12 King prawn (ready-to-cook)
1 cup Chorizo (cut into 12 slices)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the lime juice, honey, oil, paprika, chilli powder and sesame seeds and season with salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Fix the prawns and chorizo slices on wooden skewers. Brush with some of the sauce and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. Serve drizzled with the remaining sauce.
