- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ cup flaxseed
- ½ Tbsp Pumpkin seed
- ½ Tbsp Sunflower seed
- ⅓ cup chopped Cashews
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- ⅓ cup runny honey
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 small Apple (peeled, cored and grated)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease 6 muffin tins.
2.
Mix together the oats, flour, baking powder, salt, seeds, raisins and cashew nuts in a mixing bowl.
3.
Stir together the oil and honey and pour over the dry ingredients. Add the egg and apples and mix until everything comes together.
4.
Spoon into the tins and bake for 25-30 minutes, until deep golden. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
