2 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
3 Tbsps Sesame seeds
3 Tbsps olive oil
40 chopped Pistachio
2 Tbsps lemon juice
balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and brush with the teriyaki sauce. Roll in the sesame seeds and cook in a non-stick skillet in 1 tablespoon hot oil until the outside is seared and inside remains raw, 2-3 minutes.

Mix pistachios with the remaining oil and the lemon juice.

Cut the tuna into slices and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the pistachio dressing and serve garnizhed with a little balsamic vinegar.
