Preparation steps

1.

Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.

2.

Break the eggs, lightly stir and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Toast the bread and cut the toast into triangles.

4.

In a nonstick pan, heat 1 teaspoon of butter. Cook the eggs and scramble them.  

5.

Serve the salmon with toast and scrambled eggs and serve immediately.
