400 grams Sausage meat
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
5 Tbsps breadcrumbs
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water and cook until hard-boiled, about 8 minutes. Remove eggs, rinse with cold water to cool and peel. 

In a bowl, stir the meat with the parsley. Divide the meat mixture into 4 smooth patties. 

Dip the eggs in the flour and place each on top of 1 of the patties. Gently wrap the meat around the eggs. 

In a bowl, whisk the egg. Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl. Coat the eggs in the egg followed by the breadcrumbs.

Place the oil in a large pot and heat to 170°C (approximately 340°F). Add the eggs and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towel. Serve warm or cold.
