- 300 grams Bologna sausage (thinly sliced)
- 2 Radish (finely chopped)
- 100 grams Daikon radish (thinly sliced)
- 100 grams Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- ½ bunch Chives (finely chopped)
- Lettuce
- For the dressing
- 3 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grainy Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
