8 White sausages
2 handfuls Lettuce (such as dandelion and Frisée)
200 grams Daikon radish
200 grams Radish
1 Red onion
2 Tbsps Mustard (for the white sausage)
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps scallions
2 Tbsps toasted Pumpkin seed

Preparation steps

Cook the white sausages in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Rinse and trim the lettuce. Shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and peel the radishes. Thinly slice or shave the radishes. Peel, halve, and julienne the onion. Arrange all of the prepared salad ingredients on plates. For the dressing, mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of water, and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then drizzle the dressing over the salads. Sprinkle with the chives and pumpkin seeds. Serve the salads with the drained white sausages.
