- 2 cups Farfalle
- 2 small onions (peeled and diced)
- 2 medium carrots (peeled and diced)
- 2 medium Yukon gold potato (peeled and diced)
- ½ cup Celery root (peeled and diced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 5 cups chicken stock
- ½ cup red Bell pepper (de-seeded and diced)
- ½ cup yellow Bell pepper (de-seeded and diced)
- 1 cup Snow peas (rinsed and cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 small Summer squash (washed and sliced)
- ½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 canned vienna sausage (small can)
- salt (to taste)
- ground peppers (to taste)

1 Small pot, 2 Bowls, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 4 small molds, 1 Fine grater, 1 Whisk, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta, according to package directions, in plenty of boiling, salted water, until al dente stage. Drain and set aside.

In large Dutch oven add onions, carrots, potatoes, celery root, paprika and chicken stock. Simmer over low heat for about 50 minutes.
3.
Approximately 10 minutes before the end of cooking time add red and yellow pepper, snow peas and summer squash to soup. Add fresh parsley, sausages and farfalle. Season with salt and pepper.
