50 milliliters Rice wine
1 Tbsp honey
100 milliliters Sweet chili sauce

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the diced shallots and garlic. Pour in the rice wine and 50 ml (approximately 2 ounces) of water, then mix in the honey and chili sauce. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.

This sauce tastes great with grilled meats such as turkey breast or pork. You can brush the sauce on the meats while grilling, or serve as a dipping sauce for finished meats.
