- 2 ½ cups Meat stock
- ⅞ cup Broth (skimmed of fat)

Preparation steps

Whisk together the wine and flour until smooth.

Heat the stock and meat juices in a pan. Pour in the flour mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking until thickened.
