Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the orange in hot water, pat dry, and finely grate the zest. Rinse the parlsey and mint, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. 

2.

Coarsely chop both of the herbs. Mix the cinnamon, orange zest, and the herbs with the salt. Place the flavored salt into a hermetically sealed jar.
