Oats and plums make this crumble incredibely fiber-rich.
Use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar for a healthier alternative. Add yogurt, whipped cream or ice cream to the side to make it even more decadent.

- 10 red or purple Plum (pitted and quarted)
- 1 Tbsp self-rising flour (sifted)
- 3 Tbsps light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- For the crumble
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup self-rising flour (sifted)
- ⅓ cup superfine caster sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 Tbsps rolled oats

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease 4 individual flan type dishes.

Put the plum quarters into a bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon of flour, the brown sugar, and cinnamon until well coated.
3.
Divide between the dishes.

For the crumble: put the butter, flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl and rub together with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the oats until well combined.
5.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
