- For the salmon
- 200 grams Salmon
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- For the dip
- 1 Tbsp Ajvar
- ½ tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- For the potato salad
- 300 grams Sweet potato
- 300 grams Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- 6 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

For the salmon: rinse and pat dry salmon.,cut crosswise into 6 pieces, drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook fish for about 4 minutes, turning once.

For the dip: whisk ajvar with sambal oelek, orange and lime juice, season with salt.

For the potato salad: peel potatoes and quarters lengthwise. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, drain well. Rinse cucumber, halve lengthwise, scrape out seeds and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long strips.

Whisk olive oil with vegetable broth, lime juice, scallions and horseradish. Season dressing with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss potatoes and cucumber with the dressing. Serve salmon with potato salad and dip.
